برندگان Golden Joystick Awards 2020 معرفی شدند
The Last of Us Part II، جوایز را درو کرد
همان‌طور که انتظار می‌رفت، برندگان Golden Joystick Awards 2020 در تاریخ ۲۵ نوامبر معرفی شدند. دنباله‌ی The Last of Us بیشترین جوایز را به دست آورد.
انتظار‌ها به پایان رسید و به واسطه‌ی برگزاری یک مراسم آنلاین، لیست برندگان Golden Joystick Awards 2020 در فضای مجازی منتشر شد. The Last of Us Part II که اواسط ژوئن سال جاری میلادی به عنوان یک انحصاری پلی‌استیشن به بازار آمد و تحسین منتقدان را برانگیخت، توانست ۵ جایزه‌ی مختلف از جمله «بهترین بازی سال» را از آن خود کرده و از این نظر، رکورددار مراسم امسال باشد؛ مراسمی که با مجری‌گری لورا بیلی (Laura Bailey) و تراویس ویلینگهام (Travis Willingham) برگزار شد.از دیگر بازی‌های موفق در مراسم Golden Joystick Awards 2020 می‌توان Hades را نام برد. جدیدترین محصول سوپرجاینت گیمز توانسته جایزه‌ی مربوط به دو بخش «بهترین بازی مستقل» و «انتخاب منتقدان» را دریافت کند.
